Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy - Update Report

The 2017-22 Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy (JHWS) set out five priority outcomes for action which were identified based on local need, and a range of indicators that would help measure progress.

The Update Report provides a summary of progress to date on how we are doing in Swindon to improve health and reduce inequalities based on the five priority outcomes. The measures of progress are drawn from a range of national sources such as the Public Health Outcomes Framework (PHOF), NHS Outcomes Framework and Adult Social Care Outcomes Framework (ASCOF). This is so we can be confident in the data and can compare Swindon against other areas and over time.
